I wanted to take a moment to write and comment about your excellent business ethics and the superb work that you did on our home. Right from the very first phone call I made to your office to book an estimate and the first meeting we had with Mr. MacDonnell we were impressed by his professionalism, information, and the warranty plans that he explained to us.   Mr. MacDonnell went out of his way to give us what we wanted at a price we could afford and Kathy is a wonderful lady who helped us tremendously with the business issues and the scheduling of installation times.  

We are completely satisfied with the quality workmanship that was afforded to our home and ourselves. The windows, eaves troughs, and doors that were installed were done in a professional and efficient manner.   The installers arrived on time and replaced the 5 windows and 2 doors with a minimum of disruption to our household. When they were finished, they cleaned and removed all the old construction material. If it weren't’t for the beautiful windows and doors, I would not have known that they had been there.
